Franchising project’s objective is to train artisans, creating with them a synergetic network to share the vision of the "natural homemade gelato" proposed by Fatamorgana.
The franchisees will learn all technical and practical issues obtaining the necessary know-how to become a professional gelato makers. This production protocols make sure that every gelato flavor is directly made inside the operator’s workshop so they may become a reference point store for local consumers and the community.

Filling out the FORM, you will be get in touch by our staff for a first step. After that it will be scheduled a meeting a tour headquarter in Rome and, after having signed an NDA, we will talk about:
2 - PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT
Our collaboration starts signing a preliminary agreement where you will have the exclusivity in terms of location area and we will support you with the business plan. It will be even used for bank loan.
3 - AGREEMENT & TRAINING
Following terms, conditions and operating activities fixed before, we will sign our final agreement. From this point on you will start to know and to approach to our product.
You will have a private class with our artisans and Maria Agnese. The purpose of the class is to know every single details of the production process and management.
4 - OPENING
Maria Agnese and a member of our staff will support you during all the opening activities and the next ones.
5 - UPDATE & ASSISTANCE
